Standing in the midst of the rubble of south Beirut, Lebanese Prime Minister Fuad Saniora called the Israeli bombing campaign “a crime against humanity.” Saniora toured south Beirut accompanied by Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, a Hezbollah backer.
