British Europe Minister Geoff Hoon has said that he doubted Britain would be able to send ground troops for a UN mission in Lebanon, although some specialized forces could be made available.Asked whether Britain would send ground forces, Hoon said Friday: “I doubt we will be in a position to contribute to that force, but bear in mind that this is a robust force that will require a number of different specialities”.
