Companies in Saudi Arabia are planning to use biometric technology to increase workplace security, reported Gulf News. A report commissioned by Hitachi Data Systems showed that 56 per cent of companies surveyed were planning to introduce iris scanning and fingerprint recognition systems. But 31 per cent feared that biometric information would be misused by their company or government agencies. Full Story
