The US is offering a $10m reward for information leading to the capture or death of a key suspect in the Bali bombings three years ago. Officials say the suspect, known as Dulmatin, is an electronics specialist and a senior figure in the Islamic militant group, Jemaah Islamiah (JI). Full Story
