Hizbullah Commander for the South Sheikh Nabil Qaouk accused the American administration of collaborating with “Israeli terrorists,” and said the political strategy adopted by U.S. President George W. Bush in Lebanon will bring misery to the Lebanese people. The Hizbullah commander was speaking on Sunday during a meeting with a delegation from Global Exchange, a U.S.-based international human rights organization. While he expressed his confidence about the future of the resistance in the country, Qaouk said he was surprised by the U.S. political strategy here, “which would trap the Americans in the Lebanese swamp and cause suffering to the Lebanese people.” Full Story
