Over 20 persons were yesterday feared dead, when soldiers and militants engaged in a shoot-out in Port Harcourt. The Movement of the Emancipation of the Niger Delta, MEND, claimed it attacked Alakiri Flow Station belonging to Shell Petroleum Development Company.
