Millions impacted by payment provider hack – here’s how to stay safe

Canadian firm Slim CD was the vicitm of a large scale data breach.

The Canada based payment processing firm Slim CD had its system breached over the summer. The breach exposed the personal information of nearly 1.7 million users. There is currently no evidence that the stolen data has been used to commit any fraud.
