The Health and Welfare Ministry has compiled a draft action plan to prepare for the possibility of an attack using biological weapons at next month's Group of Eight (G-8) summit, and has launched a study group to work out measures against possible biological terrorism in Japan, a major Japanese daily reported Friday.
