Authorities tightened security at all airports in Pakistan on Tuesday after a Pakistani spy agency received a report that terrorists might be planning to hijack a plane or carry out another type of attack, a security official said. Maj. Mohammed Riaz, an assistant director at the Airport Security Force in the southern city of Karachi, said the agency has asked officials at the country’s 35 airports to upgrade security.
