THE High Court has set October 15 as the judgment day for MDC leader Morgan Tsvangirai, who is charged with treason for allegedly plotting to assassinate President Mugabe. The director of public prosecutions, Mr Joseph Musakwa, confirmed the new development. “It has been indicated that judgment on the treason case will be handed down on October 15,” said Mr Musakwa, acknowledging that a written notice was served on them last week by the High Court.
