Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez on Saturday threatened opposition governors with jail if they lose in the upcoming Oct. 31 election and refuse to give up their posts. Opposition leaders, who claim that fraud was committed in the Aug. 15 recall referendum won by Chavez, fear that they may be cheated out of their victory in the upcoming gubernatorial and mayoral elections.
