Two American tourists were killed last week in the southern Mexican state of Guerrero and four suspects were arrested in the case, which appeared to be an armed robbery, police officials and American diplomats said on Sunday. The four men are charged with abducting the two Americans and another United States citizen and then summarily executing two of them. The three Americans were driving Thursday nighton a rural road in Guerrero, home of the resort towns of Acapulco and Ixtapa. The bodies of Reynaldo Valdez, a 22-year-old from Houston, and Ashley Linn Dininger, a 16-year-old from Miami, were found face down, side by side, about a half-mile from the road where they had been traveling.
