Since last month’s sabotaging of the Blackfoot Water Treatment Plant, officials made changes in security measures while they wait for federal funds. The stress-level among employees at the plant was very high after the potentially fatal sabotage attempt, but Plant Supervisor, Jeff Guthrie, says suspicion among the staff, wondering if the person they worked next to was the culprit, is over. “As far as what I understand from the chief of police and the F. B. I., my whole crew has been cleared, the present employees. They are still paying real close attention to what’s going on.
