The driver of a bus that crashed into a freight train — killing 22 people — has been arrested on suspicion of homicide, Mexican prosecutors said Friday. The bus was nearly flattened Thursday in the crash at a railroad crossing in the city of Cuautitlan, just north of Mexico City. Some of the bodies were so badly mangled that establishing their identities has proved difficult. Bus driver Jose Alberto Dominguez, 36, was arrested near the site of the crash on Thursday, the attorney general’s office in the State of Mexico said in a news release.
