Jason Healey –Black Hat Policy Track and Meetups
Jason, a longtime member of the Black Hat and DEF CON review boards, is helping lead Black Hat’s Policy Track. Programming includes policy discussions featuring former National Cyber Director Chris Inglis, Harvard’s Fred Heiding, current and former U.S. officials, and representatives from the United Kingdom and European Union.

Bob Gourley and Matt Devost –Veterans in Cyber

Matt will moderate a discussion with veterans who successfully transitioned from military service into cybersecurity. The event welcomes Black Hat’s 2026 Veterans Scholarship cohort and other veterans working in the field.

Josh Devon and The Sondera Team –GolemHalt: A Deterministic Reference Monitor for AI Coding Agents

The Sondera team will demonstrate its open-source GolemHalt reference monitor and research on transforming natural-language policies into deterministic, formally verified controls for AI agents. Josh and the team will also participate in the Vegas AI Security Forum 2026.
