Unfortunately, the knowledge and capabilities (the killer combo) aggregated during these efforts disbands after the event recedes into history. If they’ve got the sense to write it down, this is a dream that the Pentagon, DHS and IC should not forget. For everyday work, for every crisis action group, etc. for the price of a rivet on a V-22 you could keep people at their desks (globally) and let them actually contribute, be productive, work together.
