Gloria Glaubman

Gloria Glaubman is the Chief Technology Officer at ATS. She retired from 20 years in the U.S. Government, finishing her career as Senior Cyber Advisor at the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo. She is a U.S. Navy veteran and a recipient of the Presidential Rank Award and the Career Intelligence Medal. Prior to her two decades serving the Nation, she spent 11 years in private industry with a major telecommunications company, leading large-scale modernization efforts. Gloria holds executive and graduate credentials from MIT and Villanova University and is pursuing a Master’s of Engineering in Cybersecurity Policy and Compliance at George Washington University, building on her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
