LexisNexis Risk Solutions (LNRS), a data broker giant, has notified around 364,000 customers about the breach of their personal information in a data breach last year. In the cyberattack, an unauthorized third party was able to gain access to LNRS data through a third-party platform which the company used for software development. The compromised information of customers includes Social Security numbers and driver’s license numbers. The company’s systems, infrastructure, and products were not compromised.
