VeriSource Services, an employee benefit administrative services provider, is in the process of notifying around four million individuals that they are victims of a data breach on the company. The personal information of the millions of individuals was stolen. Compromised data includes dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and addresses. Although VeriSource does not believe any of the stolen information has been misused, it is providing a year of free credit monitoring to impacted individuals.
