Aeroflot cancels more flights, claims schedule stabilized after cyberattack

Aeroflot restores most flights after crippling pro-Ukraine cyberattack.

Aeroflot canceled dozens of flights after pro-Ukraine hackers claimed to have penetrated its network, disabled 7,000 servers, and stolen passenger and staff data. Early-morning cancellations on Monday and Tuesday affected 59 round-trip and 53 one-way Moscow flights, but by Tuesday, 93% of services were operating as scheduled. Russian lawmakers called the breach a wake-up call, demanding investigations into both the attackers and the security failures that enabled it.
