Health data stolen in large ApolloMD breach.

Hackers accessed ApolloMD systems over two days in May 2025 and stole personal and medical information belonging to more than 626,000 people. The files contained names, birth dates, addresses, diagnostic and treatment details, provider information, and in some cases Social Security numbers. ApolloMD began notifying affected physicians and patients in September and offered credit monitoring. The Qilin ransomware group later claimed responsibility, though the company has not confirmed the attacker.
