Adding to the long list of companies that suffered a cyberattack this year is Levi Strauss. The American clothing giant is currently investigating a data breach after cybercriminals broke into three employee devices using social engineering. The company says that “certain corporate information was accessed and exfiltrated” as a result of the attack. Levi Strauss was also affected by a data breach back in June 2024 which had affected over 72,000 accounts. “Following such detection, the company initiated response protocols, implemented containment measures, launched an investigation, which remains ongoing and engaged the services of third-party cybersecurity experts,” Levi Strauss notes in an August 7 2026 regulatory filing.
