CrowdStrike insider sold screenshots to hackers.

CrowdStrike confirmed it fired an insider who leaked screenshots of internal dashboards to cybercriminals. The images, shared by the group Scattered Lapsus$ Hunters, included links to an Okta login panel and were falsely presented as proof of a system breach. The company stressed its systems remained secure and customers were not affected, with the case referred to law enforcement. Hackers claimed they paid the insider $25,000 and continue to target Salesforce customers through compromised Gainsight integrations.
