Hackers accessed radiology practice systems for six days.

Attackers infiltrated Doctors Imaging Group’s network between November 5 and November 11, 2024, copying files containing names, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, and medical information. The Florida-based radiology practice completed its investigation in late August 2025 and notified the Department of Health and Human Services that over 171,000 individuals were affected. No ransomware group has claimed responsibility for the breach.
