Employees of General Dynamics were targeted in a recent phishing campaign, leading to the compromise of dozens of employee benefits accounts. Attackers were able to access and make changes to these accounts by using a login portal from a third party. In the phishing attacks, a fraudulent advertisement led employees to a phishing site which tricked them into entering their login credentials. General Dynamics said that 37 people were affected. Attackers were able to access information including Social Security numbers and bank account information.
