France has announced the arrest of a major cybercrime forum leader.

France has announced that law enforcement in Ukraine have arrested the leader of the cybercrime forum XSS. XSS is a Russian language forum and its members are believed to be responsible for millions of dollars of theft. The forum has been a key place where individuals have bough and sold ransomware.
