Eleven11bot, a new botnet, has been discovered by researchers. It was previously reported that the botnet encapsulated around 30,000 devices, most of which were security cameras and network video recorder devices. However, new research has identified 86,400 IoT devices compromised by the botnet. A majority of the affected devices are located in the U.S. in what is one of the largest known DDoS botnet campaigns in the past three years.
