Datavant, a healthcare IT company, was the victim of a data breach.

Datavant, a healthcare IT company, has disclosed that in May the personal data of over 11,000 children was exposed after a phishing attack. Datavant works with 70,000 hospitals and facilities the transfer of records between them. It is not currently known who was responsible for the attack.
