Nutex Health reported unauthorized access to its network in an SEC filing, saying attackers exfiltrated files that may contain patient, employee, provider and business information. The company is still determining what data was taken but says the incident is not expected to materially affect operations. No cybercrime group has claimed responsibility, though Nutex warned the stolen files could be leaked. The breach adds to a pattern of large‑scale compromises in the healthcare sector, where incidents often impact hundreds of thousands of people.
