A ransomware attack against a major vendor has compromised banks in Singapore.

A ransomware attack against the data vendor Toppan Next Tech has compromised the security of Singapore’s DBS Group and the country’s Bank of China branch. The breach has exposed the personal data of thousands of customers of both insitutions. Invesitgations into the breach are on going.
