A South Korean court has rejected attempts to void the detention of President Yoon Suk Yeol.
A Seoul Court has rejected an attempt to have a detention warrant for President Yoon Suk Yeol voided. Yoon will now likely remain in custody until a hearing courts decide if they will issue an arrest warrant. If an arrest warrant is issued, the matter will be referred to prosecutors for criminal charging.
