German prosecutors have charged three Russian-German nationals with espionage. The prosecutors are accusing the three individuals of acting as secret service agents for Russia. One of the individuals is also believed to have taken pictures of military installations, intending to endanger German national security. He intended to conduct sabotage activities against railway lines used for transporting military goods.
