United Natural Foods has taken some systems offline after detecting unauthorized activity.

In a filing with the SEC on Monday, the company disclosed that it had detected unauthorized activity on certain IT systems on June 5. In response, some systems were taken offline, temporarily affecting their ability to process and distribute customer orders. The food distributor is investigating to assess the scope and impact of the cybersecurity breach.
