Refugees have begun to return to Syria.

Large numbers of Syrian refugees have begun to return to Syria. However, several government have criticized the UNHCR for allegedly discouraging refugee returns. Many refugees have said that while they wish to return home, the political situation has not stabilized enough to make the journey safe.
