Security forces has imposed a curfew following an outbreak of violence in Homs.

Security forces of the Syria government lead by HTS have imposed checkpoints and a curfew in the city of Homs after violence broke out in the city. Some gunfights broke out after a protest by members of the Alawite minority took place in the city. Security forces have attempted to ensure that further violence does not break out in the city or threaten the uneasy peace in the country.
