Bolivia’s consitutional court has allowed the leader of the Senate to run for President.
Bolivia’s consitutional court has allowed the lead of the Senate, Andronico Rodriguez, to run for President. Rodriguez has taken control of most of the ruiling Movement for Socialism Party. Former President Morales is bared from seeking office but has encourage his supporters to protest his exclusion.
