The Falcon, a Cameroonian-flagged ship caught fire off the coast of Yemen on Saturday, leaving 1 mariner missing and another potentially still on board. The ship, which caught fire approximately 210 kilometers East of Aden, is at risk of exploding as it contains high volumes of liquid petroleum gas. The cause of the fire is unclear. The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations center reported it to be the result of the ship being struck by a projectile and the European Union reported it to be an accident. The Houthis have not claimed responsibility for this incident.
