Ecuador’s Noboa faces escalating protests over rise in diesel costs

Protests in Ecuador have increased following increases in fuel costs.

Ecuador is facing intense unrest as bus drivers and farmers protest President Daniel Noboa’s decision to eliminate diesel subsidies, leading to roadblocks, clashes, and one protester’s death.
