Several nationals of European nations are leaving Iran via a checkpoint into Azerbaijan, and Cyprus has served as a repatriation hub from Israel and a transfer hub for third-country evacuees. France, the United Kingdom, and other governments have issued warnings against nonessential travel to Israel and Iran.
