Gangs have begun a new offensive against Haiti’s captital.

A coalition of gangs has launched an offensive against the Haitin capital. Governmental authorities have begun evacutions of students from schools in the areas under attack. Police and other government forces are attempting to secure a perimiter in the city. UN officials are concered that the capital will fall to gang control.
