Hamas has announced they will free additional hostages.

Hamas has announced that they will release 3 hostages this weekend as agreed to in the ceasefire talks. This comes after the group previously announced they would suspend releases due to US statements on the future of Gaza. Tensions with Israel remain high and several Israeli government leaders continue to advocate for a resumption of hostilities.
