Armenia has raised concerns that Azerbaijan has not followed a ceasefire agreement. Azerbaijani troops have continued to fire weapons accross the line of control. The fire has hit civilian buildings but not no one has been injured. Azerbaijan has said its troops are just responding to violations by Armenia forces.
