India has launched missile attacks at several locations in Pakistan, including Pakistan-administered Kashmir. Pakistan has promised retaliation for the attacks. The strikes came as tensions rose between the neighboring countries following a deadly attack last month in which Indian tourists were killed. India has stated that its military attacked terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan-controlled areas. A spokesperson said that at least five locations were hit, including two mosques. Pakistan’s response is currently in progress.
