Iranian lawmakers have said they will leave the NPT if sanctions are reimposed.

Iranian lawmakers have expressed their desire to leave the nuclear non-proliferation treaty if sanctions are reimposed. Iran has long threatened to leave the agreement if sanctions weren’t reduced. These recent comments were made after several European nation’s expressed their intent to reimpose sanctions under the snap-back clause of the UN sanctions resolutions.
