Hungary has withdrawn from the ICC.

Hungary has formally withdrawn from the International Criminal Court. The decision comes as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is set to visit the country. Netanyah has been indicted by the ICC for alleged crimes committed in the West Bank and Gaza. Hungary will be the only EU member and only the third country to withdraw from the ICC.
