Russia and Ethiopia have signed an agreement to begin planning for a nuclear power plant.
Russia and Ethiopia signed a joint document agreeing to explore the construction of a nuclear power plant. The agreement was reached during the Russia-Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum in Addis Ababa. Both countries also criticized Western-dominated financial institutions and called for reforms that better reflect the interests of developing nations.
