Russia has damaged two foreign vessels with drones.

Russian drones struck two foreign‑flagged commercial vessels near the Ukrainian port of Chornomorsk, one of which was bound for Italy. Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba confirmed the drone strike and pointed to a deliberate pattern of attacks on civilian shipping routes. The vessels were identified as flying the Panama and San Marino flags; at least one crew member was reportedly injured.
