Senegal has annouced a peace deal with rebel groups in the nation’s south.

Senegal has annouced that a peace deal has been agreed to with major rebel groups in the nation’s south. The deal will grant amnesty to amnesty rebels who agree to the terms of the deal. However, not all rebel groups particpated in the negotiations. It is unclear if those groups will also lay down their arms.
