A South Korean court has issued an arrest warrant for President Yoon.

The Seoul Western District Court has issued a warrant for the arrest of impeached President Yoon. This is the first time a court has issued an arrest warrant for a sitting President. The warrant was issued as part of the South Korea Corruption Investigation Office for High-Ranking Officials investigation into the martial law declaration. At this time it is not clear if the agency will move to enforce the warrant.
