Thailand’s prime minister has begun to stand trial for charges related to alleged ethics violations. The charges relate to a phone call that the prime minister made to the Cambodia’s former leader. The country’s Constitutional Court voted to suspend the prime minister from office pending a ruiling on whether her behavior the law.
